How to Talk to Little Girls

A friend of mine posted this article on facebook and I felt the need to share it with all you lovely ladies because I found it incredibly interesting. 

While I do not have a child, I do deal with children on a regular basis and will now make a point to refrain from using the standard “oh, aren’t you cute??!” that seems to come out whenever I’m addressing a little girl.
